SHIPPING POLICY
Below is our shipping policy for both of digital products and physical products:
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Instant Download)
There are 3 ways to get the links to your digital files:
After submitting the order:
1. You will be taken to the “Checkout” page with download links. Look for the download links for instant download.
3. An order confirmation email with download links will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check the spam box.
4. Sign up for an account on our website (recommended). Log in to your account. At your account dashboard, click on “Downloads” on the left side to see all of the links to the digital files you have purchased.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our products usually ship between 3-5 business days (production time) after the order is placed. The shipping time is between 2-7 days depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.
After submitting your order:
1. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
2. Another email will be sent to the email address you provided with tracking number when the item is shipped.
