REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Digital items – Due to the nature of the digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of the digital download items.  

Physical items – Most of our physical items are print-on-demand items.  Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the wrong size and color are ordered or a change of mind.  However, as a coutesy, we will make changes to your order as long as it is not in production.  Please contact us immediately via chat or email.  Please understand that we won’t be able to make any changes  to the order once it’s in production.

If you received an item that’s a damaged product or manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.  Please email us images of the defective product within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item.   We will get back to you as soon as possible.  

Please be aware that slight color variations is expected due to each monitor displays colors differently.

2 ways to request a refund:
1. Through our website:  dashdecors.com.  Below are the steps:
a.  Log in to your account on our website.
b.  Click on “Orders” in the dashboard.
c.   Find the order/item.
d.  Click on “Refund” button.
f.   Select the reason for refund, upload image(s), and click “Submit Request”.
g.  We will be in touch with you shortly.  If you want to follow up on the refund, go to Dashboard, click on “Orders”, find the order/item, and click on “View Order Messages” to send us a new message or to see message history.

Once we have agreed to refund, please allow 4-6 business days for us to process the refund. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method(s) used at checkout. Please note that if you used a combination of payment methods (e.g. credit card and store credit) the refund will be issued to each method respectively.

We do not accept order cancellations so please shop responsibly. In certain special cases (if accidentally purchased the wrong size) we can swap out a size for you or color if you notify us before your order is processed and before production

When your return is approved, we issue a pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned (for domestic returns). Your shipping label is calculated only for the weight of your item(s) being returned. If you attempt to return additional items from another order using the issued shipping label, there is a very high possibility your package will get rejected by the shipping courier and rerouted back to you. In this case you will be unable to request the return again and the sale is then considered final.

Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded for cash.
